Hi Guys

I have a small challenge which I hope I can get help here. I have a shower faucet which is set in reverse (see attached pictures). Thus, the water starts off hottest then cools down as I turn it more. How can I reverse this so that it follows the the proper setting (going from cooler to hotter)? I do not want to tinker with it for fear of causing more damage...

From the pics below - I should, if I move the faucet counter clockwise, it starts off with hot water (whichever way the handle is set).

Thank you

Simba

Take the trim off, turn the water off, pull out the cartridge, then turn it 180-degrees and reassemble (the side marked HOT needs to be on the right, where the hot water is coming from in the rough-in). This is referred to as a back-t0-back installation where one valve has the hot on the right verses the left. It's described in the installation manual, which most people never read. I'm not sure exactly which Delta valve/trim you have, but this set of instructions probably would apply to the one you have...
