Basement wet bar sink AAV location

Hello to everyone, from SE Michigan. I have a wet bar going into my basement, and we only had rough-in done so far. The plumber added a backwater valve, but also noted that we would need an AAV. With the sink in place, I'm not sure I'll have enough clearance to route the P-trap once the AAV is added with the sanitary tee.

Would this product be acceptable? It would save space, but it almost looks like a crown vent situation. But I also see reviews with positive results, so I don't know what to make of it.

Thank you John. Just to clarify, you mean to say that product would not be legal right?

This is awkward, but...
