Hi all,

I'm doing a gut renovation of the attic bathroom with a wall hung toilet. This is in NYC but it's my personal single family home so more of a leeway with code.

I have decent access behind the walls. I am thinking of cutting the cast iron waste and vent at this horizontal location and just do all PVC pipe to the toilet, future free standing bathtub and vanity.

Do you see any issues with this plan? Thanks
