My rainsoft head is toast. continually cycles despite a rebuild by a tech. The tank has calcite in it.
this is at our vacation home so I unplug the system when we leave and hit manual Regen upon return.
Since I am doing it manually anyway can I just buy a fleck 5600 backwash head which would do the same less all the timers etc? Will a 20 minute manual backwash be the same as the regeneration on my current head?
