We rent a townhouse built in 2006. About 18 months ago, the glass shower door on the shower on the second floor broke. As the landlord has refused to repair it (or even return our correspondence) we hired a glass company last month to repair the door. At the same time, the entire HCAC system was replaced, both in the attic and outside. About a week ago, I noticed water dripping from the corner of the air duct in the ceiling on the first floor. Again, we contacted the landlord and are being ignored. Not wanting to damage the place any further (there is now a stain around the air duct) I thought I would try to repair it myself but have no idea where to start looking. Could it be a dry p-trap from lack of use causing the issue? I have also noticed a lack of caulking between the floor and moulding at the base of the shower door? The shower enclosure is one-piece fiberglass. Any ideas on where to start would be greatly appreciated!
