Price Pfister Flowmatic, Please help identifying this valve

Bought a townhouse a year ago and the valve in the master bedroom shower has failed. It will not completely shutoff the shower head anymore. I need help in identifying this valve. Hopefully it is recognizable. The townhouse was a rehab with a nice new shower installed, except they left the old valve in place. How much extra work would it have been to just replace the old valve when the walls were open! Anyhow, any help will be much appreciated.

Anytime walls are open the valve should be replaced. What you have is from the 60's.
You can still get the parts for that though.
