Every time I shower, water builds up on the shower floor for a few mins. I think it is draining very slow rather than not draining at all. Then about 3-5mins in, all the water goes at once and drain is able to keep up for the rest of the shower. The next day, or even just a couple hours later, same thing.. Any ideas why this happen??

Thanks!

Particularly if anyone in the house has long hair, I would take the drain plunger apart and clean it along with any crossbar in the drain. If the tub drain does not flow well when the plunger is out and crossbar clean, then proceed with snaking the drain.

Hey, wait a minute.
