I have a customer that has a 40 yr old standard height Kohler wall mounted toilet. I was wondering if there's a toilet that can mount to the same bolt pattern but be Ada height without changing bolts/carrier?

Gerber makes a wall hung that has a bowl height of 16" when mounted on a 4-1/4" high outlet.

Maxwell 20-021 Wall hung
ADA compliant

The spec shows 15-3/4" on a 4" rough.
When the seat is added, you pick up something like 1-1/4" more.
When I look at the Gerber spec, it list both 15-3/4" and 16-1/2" as the spec.

On the other hand, the A/S Glenwall is only 14-1/2" high with a 4-1/4" rough
