Zoned valve

I have a boiler system that goes in series so I can't zone it out but fortunately the pipes going to the upstairs is a separate loop. It is usually nice on the Main floor but super hot upstairs. Is there a way to get a wireless thermostat upstairs and have it control a zone valve I install on the upstairs loop but doesn't turn on the circulator pump which would be controlled by the main thermostat

There are multiple wifi thermostats that control a zone valve. Just Google heat only wifi thermostats. Can even get programmable but might be heating and cooling just use heating.
