Hello- I have a mixed emitter system 1st floor single zone baseboard, 2nd floor is 2 circuits, master and bath is 3 seperate radiant loops with the stats, makes up 1 circuit. Second and Third bedroom and hall way another 2 loops make up the other circuit. Each room has a tstat which opens the zone valves and the end switches come down to basement which are turn on circulator for the correct circuit.

I replaced my leaky 115k btu burnham with an 84k Trio. Previously I had an AZEL 3 pump controller, added an indirect so "upgraded" to Taco SR 506-4, come to find out the 15 watt transformer wouldn't have enough ass to drive my 6 zone valves for radiant distribution plus my 2 circuit temp controlling taco 4 way I valves. My temp fix was to reuse the old AZEl just for 24 VAC to zone valves and 4 ways.

What's your thoughts for a clean 24 VAC distribution panel or block? I was thinking a small Nema enclosure, white rogera 40 watt transformer and some sort of distribution block. Any reason to fuse each terminal or just the supply?

I appreciate your input!
