What type of 3-handle replacement shower handles/cartridge should i use?

I need to know the replacement 3-handle shower type. There is no markings on this but i bought this cartridge alone at home depot and it fits perfectly. I want to the replace the whole thing with new parts the handles and cartridges and leave the rest.

I actually did find the part a while back but never got around to fixing it and i lost the part number, it was on eBay and the cost was less than 20 bucks.

part number for cartridge that twerks is Danco 3S-11c.

Try emailing DANCO and ask if they have a rebuild kit that goes with that cartridge.

That stem is for a Glacier Bay faucet which is Home Depot. IF you can find the right model, it will be cheaper to buy a new one and use the pieces you need from it.
