What is the best way to remove these vinyl + tiles from bathroom floor

Bathroom floor is concrete and on that there are three layers..one is black tile plus 2 layers of vinyl..

What is the best way to remove it and what type of tools do I need?

Vinyl tiles are basically glued down and can be scraped using various hand tools. Caution: they may contain asbestos.
Porcelain tiles are thin set to the slab, can be removed with hammer and various cold chisels and putty knives.
If the porcelain tiles are at the bottom, you may remove them with the vinyl tiles together. When cleaning up, don't create dust and wear an appropriate mask.
Not an easy job, you might want to get a day worker.

Try a heat gun, found in the Paint Dept. See vids on YouTube. The $40 ones will get hotter, faster, not break, and make the job go faster, compared to the $25 ones.
