What brand is this faucet?

I'm in Mexico, my mom put this plumbing in her house more than 23 years ago. I have no idea if she got it from the US or here in Mexico. I have wanted to restore everything to the original, but I don't see any marks on the pieces, it looks like a Moen but I have questions about certain pieces that I don't see in the Moen T3111 set, please help.
