We moved into our house roughly 2 years ago and inherited all the current fixtures. Recently, the handle for faucet/sprayer diverter (which had been leaking since we moved in) popped off. The handle appears to consist of a cam on a spindle, and behind the cam is a threaded piece that can slide up and down the spindle. I believe that to reinstall you're supposed to slide the outer housing off the spindle, screw in the threaded piece, then slide the housing back on and tighten a small screw on the side, much like an old fashioned door knob. The problem is, even after soaking in vinegar and spraying with WD-40, I can not get the spindle to budge to remove the outer piece, which makes it impossible to screw in the threaded piece.

TL;DR, I need a replacement part for the faucet below, but I have no idea what brand it is.

Take a close up photo of the hot or cold handle. The detail of those will make ID easier. Rohl, Newport Brass or Kingston are contenders.

Pretty confident its Newport Brass:

Tho, looking at the parts breakdown, they may have changed the diverter. So you'll probably want to contact them directly to see if they have a solution.
