My system was installed in the fall of 2010.
Its been a number of years since the system has been properly serviced.
The company I was using is no longer an option.
I asked the serviceman what they had been doing to ensure proper operation of the unit, and he replied: "We just make sure it fires up, and clear the tube into the overflow pump."
They never put Sentinal X100 inhibitor or checked, or cleaned the internals (heat exchanger, etc)
nor did they ever drain the system.
The unit needs a thorough going over.
I live in Lancaster Pennsylvania and am looking for recommendations for a company i can trust to properly service the unit, and not gouge me.
