Not much by the people posting here. If you search for manablock in the search box above you will see some references, but mostly not recent.
I used it in replumbing half of my house. It worked fine, though it's the only plastic bits I use for supply plumbing (except for the PEX pipe 
). I guess the two things about it are that the key to using it is supporting the pipe *before* it gets to the manabloc, rather than relying on the manabloc to hold the pipe in place. The other issue is that I know I can get PEX pipe off a metal fitting and re-use it, but I'm not sure about the plastic fittings used on the manablock---I'd probably just buy new ones instead. Fortunately you can do that, and I don't plan on replacing the pipes all the time, but it's something to think about for future-proofing.
