Not a professional (yet). First real full home gut remodel/upgrade

Ive read as many other posts about a straight down toilet pipe as i could find but still have a question. Im doing a tiny bathroom in the attic. 3” toilet flange and pipe straight down, I know i need right under a combo wye to 2” for the shower drain, sink and kitchen sink (double fixture in theory but i may just use a double t because im less concerned about fishing through with an AAV) will also join in behind shower.

My question is do i need the 2 inch vent (and why cant i do 1.5” for 8 dfu) inbetween the toilet wye and shower or could i do another tee under the toilet instead of the single wye and have the vent pipe go straight put of the back of the toilet (to where it goes vertical and through roof and the 2” to shower in the front, so long as the shower trap is 4’ from vent vertical?
