Toto Ultra problem

I have a TOTO Ultra (the one with the blue tank internals) and it pulsates when filling the tank. It still seems to flush OK but the on-off on-off on-off pulsation is irritating..I looked but could not see where I could adjust the regulator.
Any thoughts?

It sounds like sediment in your water supply may be affecting your fill valve. Follow the servicing instructions at this link:
