Hello,

I have a Toto Promenade II MS814224CUFG 1GPF. The lever fell off last night. I was able to remove the gearbox and screw the lever gear back into the handle, however when I put everything together, when I pull the lever it feels like the lever gear is slipping inside of the gearbox and it doesn't flush. I tried reinstalling a few times and I was able to flush a few times and then it started slipping again. The gearbox teeth might be slightly worn but it is hard for me to tell. I reached out to Toto and they gave me the manual which has part numbers. Looks like I need to buy the entire flush valve THU465 which comes with the gearbox for the lever. Problem is, Toto doesn't seem to sell it on their parts store and I don't see it on Amazon, Homedepot or Supplyhouse.

Could you give me some advice on how you would handle this? Thanks!

Gearbox part that I think I need to replace:
