Good day!
I am installing a spin down filter to help keep the incoming sand at bay. Due to location, I really want to install this thing about 6' AHEAD of the pressure tank.
Everyone will likely think and say, "Don't do it". But...what if I move the pressure switch ahead of the spin down filter?
The root of my question is, is there any reason the pressure switch needs to be right at the tank? I am talking 6 feet away...not on the other side of the house.
Thoughts?
