Small flush after normal flush

Hi experts,

I have 2 toilets in my single story house. Since last couple of weeks both toilets act a bit strange. After i flush the toulets, the flush goes normal. As soon as it finishes there is a small flush which lasts few seconds.

The house was built new about 2 years ago with reputed builder, so i believe shouldn’t be a aging issue with sewage.

Hope its not a big issue.

Any advice or sharing of similar expiration would be appreciated.

Check the water level in the tank.. To much water can allow for a double flush
