Hi, I am installing a fiberglass shower pan. The shower drain seals with a big rubber gasket over the 2" PVC drain pipe. However the drain pipe is roughly 2 degrees out of plumb, will this have a problem sealing? Thanks!

In the 2nd pic I placed the donut over the pipe just to get a visual how uneven/out of plumb it is.

Force the rubber gasket in and see if there is a gap. If there is, you will have a leak.

I use a different rubber gasket to fill the space between the drain pipe and the drain set. It's less than $4 at HD.

I wonder whether it's too late to make adjustments to the drain pipe under the fiberglass tray.
