Sanitizer plus series softener by water right

I have a sanitizer plus series water softener. Lately past couple weeks the check salt warning comes up on the digital read out. There's plenty of salt in the brine tank. Cleaned the injector and poked down into the brine tank looking for any salt bridges and seems to be fine. After each Regen it throws this fault. Sometimes it works, then the next time it doesn't and check salt appears. It's definitely using salt and water seems great but keep getting this annoying alarm. Brine % is 22% to 24%. System is about 6 yrs old. Thanks
