I bought a pretty high end Dishwasher from Samsung. I am replacing a 20 year old Kitchenaid DW that is located on the other side of a Corner Cabinet from the Sink. When the new Dishwasher is installed, it gives a Drain Error. When Samsung Service person comes on site, he says it is not a Dishwasher issue but rather a drain issue! Is there a Dishwasher Manufacturer that includes a pump that can overcome this drain distance?....Disappointing!

1. How many feet to the air gap, if you have one?
2. Did you feed the dish washer into the disposal?
3. And if so, did you remember to remove the plug?
