Running a house trap vent horizontally under a concrete slab

Currently my house trap vent is coming up in the middle of my basement taking up valuable room .
Can anyone tell me if it is ok to run the vent horizontally under the slab and then up tha through the exterior wall?
Please excuse my bad drawing.
