Hello,
Does anyone know if it is possible to reset the error code history for Rinnai tankless heaters?
I'm trying to wrestle Error Code 14. There is also a history of Error Code 25. I'd like to reset that, as it could have occurred years ago for all I know.
(Condesate drain seems fine. I removed the condensate drain plug and about a cup of liquid came out and it did have some particulate in it, but the drain line (closer to the front) is clear and vented)
I'd rather wipe the codes, and then when 14 pops up again, check the history to see if 25 is related or a red herring.
