Random pipe in my basement

Hello so today I was doing some reinforcement on my basement stairs, there is a platform at the base of the stares I pulled up and fount what looks like a old sewer line the put a new septic system in years ago before I bought the house, anyways in the process of fixing stairs the pipe coming off the T is dripping water, just wondering what my options are.
