I'm curious about the direction of flow. Supply goes thru top return goes thru bottom. That's how I have it. But against the arrows. Does this mean I have to rotate it 180 degrees.

Just like the label primary in the top out the bottom secondary in the bottom out the top. So you have secondary on the left primary on right I'd rotate it 180*.
