Price Pfister single handle shower -- hot water only

Hi all. I have a PF single handle shower and only very hot water is coming out. The sink in the same bathroom gets hot and cold water. It has the two piece assembly not the single piece pressure balanced. Any thoughts?

The problem could be in the cartridge, inside the faucet body.

The problem could be in the cartridge, inside the faucet body.

It uses these two parts. I changed the valve stem assembly not the pressure balance assembly.

The new assemblies have those two pieces combined into a single piece.
