Price Pfister 0X8 Faucet Replacement - Pre-existing valve

Hello!

I am a first time home owner and am looking to replace the faucet handle on my bathtub. The house was built in 2002 in california. I have attached pictures of what the valve looks like. I havent found anything at my local hardware stores that fits this. I am not sure what I even need to look up to find the right hardware. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

You have a 0X8 Price Pfister rough body. You have an old style cartridge uses 974-042 replacement. You can use any of these trim kits except thermostatic.
