Pressure switch not opening completely

Two new pr. switches in a row. Both act same way. When it’s getting close to cutout (50) the contacts open just barely instead of fully. Results in pump short cycling. When I nudge contact bar just barely then it snaps open completely like it should.
Switch is on tank tee and is a new install (tank, tee, fittings, gauge etc). Though sure is was a bad from the box pr. switch but the second one acts the same.
I generally know this stuff but not the finer details which this seems to be. Any fish help would sure be appreciated ugh!

Sorry thought everyone knew QO is Square D.

Never heard it called QO, sorry. But if you have had 2 Square D pressure switches do the same thing, I would think the switches are not the problem. That would be really rare. Is the pump pressure just barely getting to shut off or something?

Those are circuit breakers, not pressure switches.

Welp anyway, it was the pr switches unbelievably. I took mine off that I knew to be working and put it on my son’s system and boom it worked. Closed and opened just fine. Went then and bought a third new switch and boom! That worked also.
I agree with Valveman, 2 new switches bad is way rare. Didn’t believe it. Coulda believe it. Glad I had a known good one to test with. Very odd. Each from different stores too. Lowe’s and Menards. Crazy but there it is. Thx guys for the replies!
