Plastic Bushing Cracked

Bradford White electric , installed about month ago. Went to utility closet and noticed this plastic part has cracked. Is anything bad going on? It was fine when installed

I has nothing to do with water. Is just a flange between the outer steel shell and the foam insulation. It prevents the expanding foam from oozing out before it sets up. The way it is off center, the expanding foam may have pushed through enough to crack the flange and the excess was cut out at the factory.(?) Nothing to worry about.
