Navien 240a2 posts at 73 degrees, sudden occurence with no error code. Replaced PC Board and /flow sensor assembly with moderate increase in temperature. Could Display module be bad?

When the last time the heat exchanger was cleaned with vinegar? What does the flow rate read? Current beat capacity Page 85

Check valve? Have you replaced it?
This. The check valve is the most likely culprit. Try setting the two way valve to external and see if the output gets to temp. You can also monitor the heat exchanger outlet temp in the settings to make sure it is heating to temp properly. Like @Fitter30 said if it is more than a year old it needs descaled.
