Hello,
I have already cut (made shorter) the bath drain kit as much as I could...

photos:

Plumb 31: overview of p-trap and part of the drain
Plumb 32: P-trap
Plumb 33: part of P-trap that is currently a street

When I put on the bath drain kit and sit the bathtub on it, since the p-trap is too high the tub lowers the p-trap about 1/2" therefore putting stress/pressure on the entire sections as seen in Plumb 31 photo; also it makes the Plumb 31 drain section level instead of slightly sloped.
(the part that becomes level is: the 45 and the straight connection, by the time it reaches the 90 (inside the joist and the rest of the drain going "somewhere" it is sloped again)

Is this OK? if it is then end of discussion thanks. If not, can I...

On Plumb 32 photo, the joint that I have highlighted, can I add about a 1" riser (in this case it will lower it, not riser it lol) therefore lowering the P-trap about 1"?

If I can do this option, currently Plumb 33 photo, from the store contains a street ?section? that I highlighted in blue. Question: If I use a riser, I would need to replace the street...is that sections simply a normal 90?

Thank you!

No, its not ok to have stress on your piping or to have no grade/slope on your drain.

Can the drain be lowered from where it connects to the stack or other drains?

Or maybe you need to change the style of bath drain you're using?

Looks like you have a tubular adapter on the inlet of the p-trap? Is your tubular bath waste and overflow going to be accessible after tub installation? If not, a solvent weld waste and overflow would a better idea (not sure if it is a code requirement or not).

Cheers, Wayne
