Looking for a tool to remove a 6" countersunk cleanout plug...please help.

I have 3 cleanouts on a drainage system here on my property. The cleanouts (6" SDR 35) are closed off with cleanout plugs just like this...

I need a tool to remove them. The square in the middle is about 2-1/4" to 2-3/8" square.

I can't find a tool anywhere to remove them. I used a large pair of pliers opened up to remove 1 of them but I kinda messed up the plug. I need the correct tool.

Anyone know where I can find such a tool?

Not 2 inch square? 2-1/4" to 2-3/8" looks like it could be an estimate.

Drill a hole in it cut the plastic with a sawall or hacksaw blade break it out.

I'd buy some 2" square steel stock, drill a hole at one end to insert a rod through and make my own tool.
