Leaking outdoor faucet attached to house

Hi. This outdoor faucet has been leaking only during the cold weather (I live in Texas, so we have widely varying temps). The room on the other side of the wall is a bedroom. There are no leaks as far as I know in the bedroom, only to the outside.

You already tried tightening the knob. I suggest trying to identify the faucet and then trying to find replacement parts. The problem is not the vacuum breaker.
