Would this be an acceptable vent?
I have read references to this here but might not understand all of the details
We are moving the whole kitchen and by luck the existing 4" main is running right under the island.
If this does not work please explain why?
Option 2 would be the AAV but to me this seems much more reliable ( no part to get stuck)

looks good to me, I do lots of plumbing renovations. as long as you punch through the roof with your new vent, or mate back in to the main stack somewhere above your new appliance

The pipe under the floor is the drain, it cannot vent the sink. The only proper vent connection is rising from the sanitary tee where the trap arm is connected.
