Hello,
I have already replaced the resin in both tanks and opened, checked and cleaned all levels of the control head and verified the seals and movement of the pistons. Also checked that the metering works fine. The regeneration on one tank works well with a good vacuum, while when I force the regeneration of the second tank and disconnect the brine line to check the vacuum, I see there is no vacuum. I have the following questions and would be grateful for your help:
1) Is there anything else I would need to check in any of the levels of the control head? Any other tests to understand what is happening?
2) Should I exchange the tanks to verify that the resine is good in both tanks?
3) Also in case I cannot manage to restore regeneration of the second tank, can I force Kinetico to use only one tank?
4) Does anyone know which regeneration cycle, as shown on the control head, belongs to which tank?
Thanks a million for any insight or advice.
