Yes. If the lower left fixture is a shower, then you can eliminate all the VTRs except for the lav. As long as your trap arms are all horizontal and basically in the same (2% sloped) plane, and within the length limits (no more than one internal pipe diameter fall from the trap to the first wye, but 1/4" per foot slope), then your lav wet vents tub, the shower, and the WC.

Thanks Yes the first fixture is the shower. That will be easier then a dry vent on each one.
