Hi there any help is better than me trying to figure this out on my own.
The cold water knob spins and does not open I know I need to get to the stems. There are no screws or Allen heads that hold the handle on. Are they pressed on?

the entire escutcheon needs to be turned counter clockwise for it to be removed from the valve stem and body inside.
Of course because of the poor installation, the caulk has to be cut through.
Even without caulk that type of shape is VERY hard to spin off.
Even us pros sometimes have to use channel lock pliers and ruin the entire trim just to get at the valve.

Thank you for your response! If I do ruin the trim, do you have any idea who manufactures this particular handle?
