I need advice on my bathtub

I bought a old house the owner before cut holes in the fiberglass for the faucets and cut to many how can i cover the quarter size holes without replacing the fiberglass? and the spout moves back and forth when the water is on from the presser is there a way to stop that also? Thank you Rachel
