I got a 10 gallon heater need help troubleshooting

Ehm 11-sm 10.5 gal
So I'm not sure what's up and I don't have much know how. After we had a freeze when the water in froze I no longer had water in my hot water faucets
I've tried a couple things I know this much it's still getting hot but I'm not getting any water to my hot water faucets I went and tried taking a hot water line off of it with the heater on just to see and hot water started coming out. And there was.

I don't know maybe I need to find out how to reset it maybe there's some type of air bubble
Maybe I got a clogged hot water line running past it but any tips would most definitely be helpful

More than likely the element burned out. If not surrounded by water not ice power comes back on within a minute its burned out. Can use a volt ohm meter to check it out.
