We currently have baseboards. Boiler temps range from 125-180 depending on outdoor temp. I have adjusted the outdoor reset as best as possible to where it never quite satisfies the thermostats.

We are making an enclosed mudroom and I have the opportunity to put radiant floor heat in (as a matter of fact, I could do this for nearly the entire upstairs of our single story ranch.)

The heated basement, however, needs to keep its baseboards.

Is there a way to use both baseboard and radiant floor on the same boiler, given the vast difference in water temp requirements?

thank you,
Dustin

Yes it can be done with a intelligent 3 way valve and another pump for the radiate piping. There are different ways of doing what you want.
