I have an old pipe I assume was for the bathroom drains to the old septic system. I want to eventually frame this wall but I need to deal with the old pipes first. I had a 3in cast pipe and it was broken a few feet down so I was able to remove it from the inside and redo both sides of the block with hydraulic cement. This pipe seems intact. How should I deal with this so I don't end up with a leak down the road?

Since nobody seems to have a quick answer. I will dig it out from the other side and cut it off. Then I can patch both sides of the all and get back to framing the wall.
