Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Supposedly the AC compressor should running nonstop until target temperature is reached ? (preset on thermostat for 75 degrees) outside temp is about 93 degrees and I noticed sometime the AC not blowing cold air just the fan running. Is this normal?

Thank you!!

No like you stated it runs to set point or degree below depends on thermostat. Assuming your writing about the indoor blower. The condensing unit stopping for a reason. Is the fan position on thermostat on on and auto? Auto chcles with the thermostat. Is the unit maintaining temp?
