Help with Kitchen Faucet

I am trying to help a friend repair a leaking and stiff kitchen faucet. As a retired landlord, I have done many plumbing repairs, but I am baffled by this unknown faucet. It was installed about 18 years ago. Manufacturer? (Rohl says it is not theirs!) Disassembly method? (Use a non-marring strap wrench under the lever?) Source of parts??? … Can anyone help?
