Hi All,
Our Grohe faucet is over ten years old and the spray/stream toggle is starting to fail. Will replacing the aerator fix this? Attached is a video.
Thank you!
Rich
first unscrew head from hose to verify you have good water pressure. if yes then check inlet of head to confirm flow restrictor is not caked with debris. (you can remove entirely if you want full flow) ....next unscrew face of head with grohe tool or an adjustable wrench will do just fine. pull aerator out and clean. soak the face of head in a bowl of vinegar to remove hard water. reassemble and hopefully the flow has increased.assemble and hopefully the flow has increased.
