Fleck 5600sxt brine line flows while in service

Hi all,

3 years old water softener.
Recently, brine line flows while in service.
I installed a new block injector /brine valve, the same issue.
While in regen mode , brine is withdrawn without issues.

Hi All

I figure out the problem.
It may help other members.
It was a missing O ring when I installed a new brine injector.
So make sure that this O ring is in place and in good shape.
