Fleck 5600 sxt Brine draw cycle not working

Hello, I installed Fleck 5600sxt Water Softener 64,000 Grain Capacity (Fine Mesh for Iron Removal) in June 2019 in my new home. It worked fine till November. After that it stopped working. During the brine draw cycle it is pumping water into brine tank instead of pumping brine solution in to resin tank. I checked drain line and it is clear. Please help me with problem. Thanks in advance!

Clean your injector (nozzle and throat). Clean the injector screen. Clean the areas around those.

Thanks for response! I checked injector nozzle, injector screen there are no blocks. I cleaned them and tried again still now sucking brine solution during the brine draw cycle.
