I get this news letter about once a month on work place safety especially with electrical work. This one is particularly good as why buildings burn or electrocution. This is a commercial building where 208 volt 3 phase is common. Obviously this was installed before circuit breakers but the patch work can kill.
I’ve said it before, a plumber messes up and you get water on your head, bad electrical work can kill or electrocution because you were standing in water from a leak.
